    We two of us booked a return flight from Toronto to Edmonton. Reference number K5QJ4X.
    We flew from Toronto to Edmonton and we checked online and they you guys sent us boarding passes online in my email. We went to the airport showed them boarding passes, showed them the bags we were carrying and we were good to go. They didn’t weight and didn’t checked the dimensions Because they said it’s your personal item bag. We said ok and we left for boarding.
    Now today when we are flying back from Edmonton to Toronto with same bag same size same weight they are asking to pay for bag. Now they are telling that one of your bag is carry own. I asked them why we were not charged at Toronto airport, they replied “maybe they were stupid”.
    I called the customer service and even they said we can’t do anything because we are not at the airport.
    The guy at the counter his name was Tarun, he was claiming himself as a Manager and was so so rude, except explaining us he kept asking one thing either pay the money or leave the counter. He called security on us.
    Anyhow it was urgent for us to fly we paid and heads towards boarding.
    After having such a worst experience with your flight and employees again when we were in boarding line, one of your employee asked me to step out of line and asked me to pay for bag again. I asked which bag. She said you are carrying two bag….WAO
    SHE SAID THE BAG WE CARRY ON WAIST IN WHICH WE PUT PASSPORT AND BOARDING PASS IS ALSO CONSIDERED AS CARRY OWN BAG AND THE SECOND BAG WAS MY LAPTOP BAG ON MY BACK.
    Like seriously?? After arguing with me, i was so messed up, then i put that small waist bag in my laptop bag and then she said it ok now.
    Like what the hell !! What difference did that made ??
    I kindly request you to take action for this and i want a refund.

  2. Flight was cancelled 5 hours before departure due to crew exceeded their flight hours. Rescheduled on another flight 2 days later, received an email stating that I would receive $150/night for hotel & $45/day for meals. Upon returning home, I applied for my compensation and Flair reneged on their offer and declined my request. I paid out of pocket $315/night for hotel alone. Shameful
